Finally, Part ii in Le' Meridian~ - 12/10/2009 @ 2:41 PM

Since part 1 was just another failure,

I decided to learn skills in compressing pictures and train my patience in waiting for the photos to upload.
Finally, after some adjustments here and there. I managed to compressed ALL of my photos.
I guess there will be around 43 pictures im gonna upload~
So here it is again.. My post for beloved daddy's birthday...* mine coming soon =3 *

Sis and I cam whoring near the entrance of the hotel. The ceiling was so cool!

At the lobby, everything was so serene and calm. I can feel that Christmas is near.

The birthday boy man was posing at the entrance of the hotel restaurant.

Near the entrance of the buffet restaurant was the salad bar.

I'm not so into salad, so yeaa~ Didn taste a bit of it =(

So this is ONE of the wonderful desert bar. The chocolate and vanilla fountain

looked so tempting. Not to forget... MARSHMALLOWS TOO! And STRAWBERRIES!

And this is ANOTHER desert bar from puddings to cakes to biscuits and jellies.

As a sweet-lover, I cant stop staring at them!

Let's see another side of the room, there's some local dishes.

Due to my *pooor* resolution, and my *lousy* shooting skills,

this is what I get. But they taste REAL good.

"OMG!" All kinda cheese~ And they have it all! First time tasting these..

If ure a cheese lover, this is the best place for u~

At first there were more cheese, but awhile later, I realized that the

population of cheese lover is more than ever.

For Japanese style, here is the Sushi bar! I took lots of them..

It tasted so good that I cant resist for more! At the left, there's bacon and ham too~

Due to limitation of time, *as we reached there quite late* I was busy eating and didn't take some other photos around. There is also another bar which provides raw sashime, raw octopus and much more which I dun dare to try XD

This bar provides porridge and some Chinese delicacies which includes dimsum,

and I-forgot-what-other-food. Haha~*sorry, thers too many to remember*

To remind u, I was busy eating, btw.

Here comes all kinda chicken rice, from Hainan, local, Taiwan to many other countries. I didn tried all as I worry I cant be able to taste all the deserts instead. I took this photo when the cook is away..Happy me! =)

As you can see, this is obviously the fruits bar. Haha..I do love fruits. And

they were cut and lined up so nicely. Look at the watermelon, it comes in many species too! The way they cut the fruits is very unique. Show you some of the close-ups later~

Small but tasty, they offer only few types of ice cream flavours such as coffee, chocolate, vanilla and STRAWBERRY. *kinda disappointing cause so few flavours only but wait till you see the....toppings later..blek! =p

Btw, they also provide service like chopping and mixing up the ice cream in a very weird method. Look behind the ice cream, they chop *using two big knives* and mix the ice cream above the freezer, so it tasted really different. I LIKE IT! :)

Here comes the Indian food, with much variety. All kinds of curry and all kinds of meat. I bet Nikkel might love this place.

They said it was so yummy and I think it was so grossy. =p

Yesterday, early in the morning mom planned to go give papa a birthday celebration in

THE LE' MERIDIAN HOTEL, KL.

Hehe.. Nice ler.. Its just beside Hilton Hotel..=D

So, we were kinda excited as she mentioned that papa has been there for buffet several times and the food there was not good... It was STUPENDOUS' !!!

From her words and the way she describes it, three of us siblings was starving our stomachs the whole afternoon. Promised to keep away from the fridge as far as possible to keep our stomachs empty for the night. We heard from papa saying that the food comes in vast variety and from many different countries!
O.m.G! I guess I'm so gonna taste every one of them! YeePee!

Sad to say that, the clouds was crying heavily yesterday. My family and I ( this time grandma and grandpa came along too ^^ ) were caught in a terrible jam at the Federal Highway from Shah Alam stretching to near Subang toll. It was really disappointing. In fact, mom was about to give up hope as it was already 7.35 about that time and she said that we book the table for 8pm (half and hour more or less) until they cancel our booking. T.T sobs.. It was such a let down. With empty stomachs and false hopes, we were stuck in the traffic jam for an hour or so.

Until suddenly, my bro said : see! There's a road at the right which is moving quite fast! Papa's face brightened up and shouted " Ah HA! " no wonder we are jammed here.. They are a lot of cars on the left wanting to go up the bridge to turn left. We are suppose to keep to the right lane. As you can see, the road is very broad and we are stuck from the beginning of the toll from Shah Alam. So, nahh.... dun blame anyone..

I cant belif my 100th post is posting about my nightmare! - @ 12:13 PM

I woke up this morning with a terrible bad nightmare.

It was not like any other.

Extraordinary. (not about ghost or the-what-so-ever-normal-kinda-dream)

And I realllly mean it.

I can even remember every part of it. Clearly! * got to write it down before it slowly fades *

This is how it goes...

That day was another gloomy day.

Dad's car broke down and we've already booked ticket for three to the cinema near our house.

Dad, me and lil bro (13 yrs old) planned to catch the train and go to the cinema by foot instead.

That does not sound too bad to me. So true, we managed to get there.

But on the way, while we were walking on the highway, maybe its my six sense giving hints to me that someone was following our footsteps. Nahh.. The movie is about to start, in fact its dad's fav movie, so we're not that bothered.

When we sat down in the cinema, the movie haven started yet.

Thus, without further delay, I told dad my whole follow-us story.

Dad was not paying any attention to me at all. He shut me out instead. I burst out into tears. (LOL, its a dream!)

Everyone in the cinema was waiting for the movie to start and asking me to quiet down but I couldn't.

Bro provided me a whole box of tissue while dad called a girl (duno-who) to comfort my feelings.

I was too worked up I guess. Immediately after, I kept quiet and watched the movie.

After the movie, we need to walk back to the train station and back home.

Again and again. My heart and my mind warned me.

I was walking too slowly. Dad and bro was still discussing and chatting about the scenes in the movie.

I was far behind. Even cars are honking me. I carried on walking and walking.

Dad and bro were walking so fast that they didnt even notice I was behind them.

I can only see two bodies wayyy ahead of me.

Suddenly, I turned behind.

Two men in ninja suit. Not really so obvious that kinda ninja.

But I suppose I can describe it as somehow that "Ninja" look.

This time, uniforms are in grey with some kind of small knifes tied onto their waists.

Their head has accessories so similar with naruto. I barely can read the word written on the cloth tied around their heads.

I saw them and they pretended not to look at me when I turned back.

Immediately I felt danger is near.

I ran as fast as lightning to catch up with my dad and bro.

They are too far ahead and I can see them turning at a corner towards the right.

I can only see my dad now. Where on Earth is my brother??

When I reach the turning point, I finally saw my brother. LYING ON THE GROUND!

He was grasping for air, for blood, for his life!

Dad was so panic searching for help, his Iphone was lost TOO!

I was so hysterical at that moment, I didn know what to do.

My brother was half dead lying lifelessly on the ground.

Around him was a pool of thick blood. The drizzling rain was slowly trickling onto the pool of blood.

Hes whole body was bloody bloody bloody. This picture is now still so fresh in my mind.

A very large axe was sliced into the middle of his head and face while his right face was torn apart.

I guess someone was REALLY FOLLOWING us.

All blame my dad for not listening to my advice from the start.

My brother lost his consciousness at that time so dad and I got to find for immediate help.

Since it was drizzling, noone was around. Cars did not stop for us. Everyone..seemed so selfish.

We got to leave my poor brother there. With an axe and all the blood. He was losing blood so fast.

Dad and I ran in search of telephone booth. Leaving my brother all alone lying down on the cold street.

Cant help but to cry for help on the way. And this is where the horror begins.

While dad and I were running so aimlessly, two figures stopped in front of us not far away and behind us came another two. We were surrounded by grey Ninjas!!!!!!!

I know. I know! We've got to escape.

Luckily, the side path has a row of bushes which is thick and bushy.

Before they can run up to us in all that mist and rain, we hopped into the bush as quickly as we can.

Holding onto our lives, I squeaked and called to make sure daddy was okayy..

" daddy! daddy! " I shouted as soft as possible. Noone answered. Immediately I know he was in trouble.

I was alone now. So scared that I trembled. The bushes that im grabbing on to now produced movement and sounds.

Before I know it, I looked up and saw the ninja looking straight into my eyes. I quickly climb down the tall bushes down and ran under the highway.

Now im under the highway. So lost. So hungry. So alone. So dark. So scared.
Nobody was able to protect me.

I took a deep breathe and repeating saying " everything will be alright. "

After making sure that they lost track of me, I felt more relieved.

Walking under the highway, I can hear my cars zoommmmm past above me.

So aimlessly walking in circles, I wondered what to do.

How is my dad? How is my bro?

I sat down on the cold dark-brown broken bricks and cried my heart out softly to myself.

Why does this happen to me?????!

A few minutes passed. It suddenly struck my mind.

I should not be crying here for nothing.

In fact, if im the one survived, I should stand up again to rescue the rest of my family!

When my legs finally found the energy to rise again, I was terrified! So terrified....

You know what I saw?????!!!

My name written in red on the grey bricks! PAINTED!

Its my chinese name. 王如璇 and an arrow pointing towards a direction into the dark.

Since I was under the highway, only slight beams of light that is able to shine the narrow path down here.

Stupidity leads me to danger. I dunno why on Earth did I follow that arrow although I knew it is a trap.

Into the dark I went. Deeper and deeper. Slowly, I squinted my eyes to look more clearly.

A small figure. Very tiny fellow.

It came up to me. No, its a HE.

He was another one of the ninja's.

As hes head was tied with that piece of grey cloth written with some kind of Japanese word on it.

This time, I picked up my courage.

This was a small boy. I guess around the age of ten.

Small but mighty.

He started by kicking my stomach so hard.

Since I've learnt my Taekwondo, I managed to block all his kicks. *phew...*

Next he tried to box me on the face. Again and again. I didnt know I was so good at defending myself.

I screamed at him! Stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are you all doing this to me? Asked him straight onto his face.

He replied me back in chinese instead.

我们要找你，如敏！我们找你很久了！！！！！

Translate : "We are searching for you, Ru Min! We have been searching for you for a very very long time!!"

Omg. I was stunned for words. Thinking in my heart. My sister? WHAT DID SHE DO????

And how come these people wrote my name instead of hers? * not educated =.= *

I told him that my name is not Ru Min and they were mistaken me instead of her. * I wonder y did I say tat *

He did not really believe me and still began to kick me again.

This time, I will not let myself down. How can I lose to this 10 year old boy???Right???

I managed to kick 3 times so forcefully towards his you-know-what...

He cried in pain but I showed no mercy.

I grabbed hold firmly of his *small* you-noe-what and didnt want to let go. =.=''' ( reminder: it's a dream )

I looked sternly into his eyes saying boldly :" If you want me to let go of you, you better tell your troop to let go of my family! NOW! "

*Inside of me still shaking with fear.... .. . . . . . .

I didn't know he has plan B. T.T

He whistled so loudly that I can hear lots of people rushing towards me.

Footsteps running and jumping in all direction.

I know, im gonna die this time. im gonne die this time.

After letting go of his thing , I ran back towards the tall bushes and climbed up with all my might.

Twigs and branches cut my arm and legs, but I wasnt bothered enough, FOR THIS TIME.

My life is at stake! Nothing is more important now. Successfully, I made it to the top.

Back on the side-walk, I was panting so hard and perspiring like a mad cow. =.=0

Suddenly, someone gave me a piece of tissue.

This time, another even more tiny figure.

I quickly picked up my breath, took the tissue and wiped away my sweat.

A young small girl with an innocent look.

I guess shes around 3 to 4 years old.

"RuMin, are you okay? !", she whispered to me.

I nodded my head slowly.

Then it came to my mind. Omg, she called me Rumin again..=.=0

I bend down to observe her more closely.

True enough, she was wearing a belt, with the similar Japanese sign.

OMG, at this time, I think I began to hate Japanese so much.

I did not shout at her nor showed any fear. I acted normally.

She did not talk good English. Her English sounds more with Japanese tone.

This cute girl might be able to provide me some info, I thought.

I talked to her and discovered that she was his daughter. " THE NINJA BOSS's DAUGHTER! "

I was still very sad about my brother. I asked her why did they do that to my brother instead.

She wasnt so sure about what I was telling her. So I decided to bring her to the scene.

All these happened too fast, and my brother was still lying down there, looking so helpless, no energy at all.

As we were walking towards him, he suddenly became conscious.

OMG. We stood so still. Looking what will he do next. Scream for pain? Scream for help? Scream for mercy?

No. No sound at all.

I didn't know my brother was so brave at first. Can he really stand the pain?

I rushed to him immediately after I saw him.

He was trying to pull out the axe on his forehead.

That scene was so.....disgusting...His shirt, pants, whole body was smudged with red, thick blood.

The smell made me wanna puke.

The little hand I was holding onto, she grinned with an evil smile.

I was afraid of her but did not let go. *I wanted to kidnap her instead and wanna make good use of her.*

To exchange lives, of course! My plan : ( if the boss lets go of my sister, i will let go of her )

My brother was trying to stand up in the pool of blood.
And the little girl caught his eye!

YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*****!!!!!!

And he grabbed her from me..Started to pull out her strands of hair with allllLLLL his might.

I was so stunned. Very stunned. This looked so real. Even more real than the movie I watched at the cinema.

The little girl becoming bald, crying for help. I felt pity for her but my brother said she was the one that reported our presence near their territory.

Sadly, bro pulled out her strands of hair. Looking at my brother's body, his face was so deformed, I really dunno what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHIT la!!!!!!!!! I CRIED OUT and ran away...so far away..furious! I dun wan to face this scary matter anymore..Its all my sis's fault.. . . . . . .

First time in my life, I experience this kind of horror. terror and what-ever-ROR!!

The sky was dull, and everything seems to be gradually fading.

My whole body was burning with anger. . . Again, the two same Ninja that was following me before, came running towards me.

I killed them both with my fearsome fist punch!!PUNCH PUNCH PUNCH THEM ALL DOWN I TELL U!

Behind them, I saw my dad walking towards me.

Lucky enough, he survived too.

I hugged him so tightly and my nightmare ended.

Long dream huh? I bet I'll never dream so clearly again.
Such a tiring dream. This dream is so real, so scary.

A Quick Rewind~ 3 weeks in one GO - @ 1:01 PM

Hmm..I suppose this holiday is just like any other..

stayin-at-home-kinda-day..AGAIN..
And I really mean it~ AT HOME THE WHOLE DAY!
Lets see what I do after so long..since I didn update my blog..

Starting from prom that night: 11/11/09 Wed
Came back and clean up make up and all..Reached home around more than 12..Prom was another history..Another chapter of my life...One whole chapter I can say..

The very next day : 12/11/09 Thurs

Morning..Laze around until about 10.30 in the morning, then i went downstairs to eat breakfast, duh..again..the same old bread and Milo. Gulp! Simply delicious... borriiingg! Somehow somewhat, lucky me that im full as compared to those in Africa and China (no breakfast for them *pity pity*) Before i know it, afternoon run past me. Went to IMU in search for rooms to let. Hmm..I guess thers to many blocks..went to survey but didn go in..Need to come back again during sat or sun..boreeedd~ It looks so old and torn-down kinda block. Haiz..worst than my place. The newer blocks are further away, nahh..lazy to walk..Saddest part of all T___________________T NO FOOD AS LIKE IN SS15! Saw Bruce's blog, hmm.. He was thinking of imu or monash..I kinda regret if i go to imu..facilities SUCK! Even my senior said that the cafeteria there causes food poisoning quite often..=.=''' MEDICAL school I tell u..FOOD POISIONING this kinda prob should not be an issue there rite???? Haih..I suppose another year and a half of bad food again..seniors told me..if i were to stay there..The nearest food I can get is the street-side food..And for the better, I need to take S.T.A.R to go to either Mid Valley or the nearest carefo'ur to get good food.
After all the thinking, i went home, ate dinner and nothing-else-better-to-do-than-to-online!
Next stop! ZZZZzzzzz...Bed time~

The following day : 13/11/09 Fri
Hmm..nothing much to say about fridays..I guess I've forgotten was I did on that Friday..Nothing interesting I suppose..^^ Only remembered that I went to cell group *a sort of meeting with Church members* so there I ATE THE SWEETEST JACKFRUIT..Thanks to Mr. (forgot-his-name)~ He harvested his fruit on that day itself~ OMG..It taste like a fruit from heaven..Seriously..In fact~ My dad decided to take the seed and plant it in our new house~^^ Hope it can grow healthily and prosper! Wait till my fruit tree grows and I will give you a taste of it! Went back at around 11 something~ tired..slept! zzz

Then another day : 14/11/09 Sat
Morning just wake up and went to exercise..shopped in pasar pagi..bought fish and some other groceries..Afternoon went out with mom to IMU again..paid for the fees and hmm~ started to choose which apartment to stay~ And before I know it, I got Vista B which is the nearest to the uni..*yeah..happy me* Its the first floor~! Night, after dinner..slept early..and woke up again after 10..Went for supper in McD..*gluttony strikes again*

The next day : 15/11/09 Sun
Woke up at 10am. Clean up and off to church straight away..Thank God the pastor today is humorous and sermon is good..Learnt a lot about problems and how to face them with the help of prayers..1.30pm. Out for lunch and not really nice..~ Went back to apartment again to pack up the rest of my stuff~Night = rest.

The next day : 16/11/09 Mon
Wanted to bake chocolate fudge cake this morning..discovered my oven was broken..T______T
Not again..Need to go to the nearby electrical store for repair~ *sobs*
Ate branch today~ Decided to "minus my fats"~ ate lesser from this day onwards.
Was thinking when to register for my church camp and planned for an outing with my family that afternoon..
Also..sketched a picture of my new room~^^ hehe~ didn post it up..wanted to make my dreams into reality~
I hope next new year my new house will be ready..By then, I can show you pictures of my room^^
That night, maid cooked some-sort-of-horrible-chicken-dish..
Hmm~After dinner, watched TV and went to bed after that.~

The next day : 17/11/09 Tue
Tuesday was okay~ Started with my clothes blog~
Thought a lot that morning~ with my dear sista.. Finally, after the whole morning... we got a unique name for my blog^^Afternoon, scrolled along many blogskins and finally found a suitable one^^ Thank God for it~
Designing my blog for such a long period of time~ Its time for dinner soon..So went downstairs to watch my sis fav show and ate dinner at the same time..Today's dinner..was the same as the day before!=.=''' My maid is such a ... (dunno how to put it in words)

Lets talk about her and her cooking * its not criticism but its the fact*
When you say she's good in cookin' (means showing thumbs-up in front of her)

Of course, she will feel very happy and then here comes the scary part~
I remembered once, showing her *thumbs-up* for the chicken she cook..I admit it was delicious..
But since that day onwards..Every dish everyday is that same exact chicken dish..
It really freaked me out when I ate that for lunch and dinner each time~
My bro doesnt care cz he's just not bothered * gaming is more important to him *
My sis doesnt really care either~ My dad busy working and ate anything in front of him~ My mom was already fed up of her.. So I decided to tell her about this ~And my nightmare ended~
It not the end..YET..She did not cook it for ages after that..( its not like im complaining about having delicious food each day..but the exact same food will make me puke! )

When you say she's bad in cookin' (means showing grumpy face in front of her)

She will feel very sad and irritated, and things get worst when she did it the opposite way..For example, I remembered another time. Mom was complaining that the fish was swimming in the soya sauce ( The black colour sauce ) normally we see only very little at the bottom of the dish but hers was terrible..I cant really see the fish..IT WAS SWIMMING IN THE SAUCE..INDEED!

She took it as a lesson unwillingly, and that night, our MR. TAuFU was grasping for water to drink.. I mean all the dishes especially the taufu that she cooked that night, O.M.G! It looks like drought has swept all water away~ That night was a sauce-less night, dry and tasteless! T________T
Enough of her..till now..if not I can write about this until foreverrrrrrr~!

The next day : 18/11/09 Wed
This day, did blogging the whole day! WHOLE DAY..non stop except for meals~
Nothing much to say about this day~ Kinda interesting blog hopping and inspecting other ppl's blog~ Learn quite a lot^^ Happy day! Slept at 8 something at night..~

The next day : 19/11/09 Thurs
Morning~ went out to breakfast with dad and mom~ Went exercising before that.. I drove around..It was fun for me.. but devastating for my mom~ Dad says I was ok..Mom says I drive to fast..Whom to listen to? Anyway..Im planning to get a car of my own for next-year's use..As I mentioned earlier..the food there sucks..So I really need a car to drive myself in search of a better restaurant somewhere in PJ..*senior said so* Afternoon~ Did my blog again..Lots to write and to think about~ Mind-boggling O.o HTML really drives me crazy..
Sometimes it works and sometimes it just *poof* disappears...Took me long time to correct my mistakes~Anyway.. Night went to watch 2012..kinda ok only..I expected more than just the cracks and everything..It looks like everything just repeated..But the lesson to learn was well expressed..Man is selfish and every man has the right to live..*cheers*
Night was dark and its time to sleep..^^ zzZZzz

The next day : 20/11/09 Fri
Another day again..During the holidays, I feel that I need to see my friends more than ever but when during the normal days, I feel that I really need a break more than ever. Hmm..today went to see my sis dancing ballet, she was so angry with me and mom for no reason..Its not like I want to see her dance or what, but mom forced me to go because we want to go to the nearest 99 speedmart to shop for groceries before that and mom needs me to help her carry them.. Went to fetch sis after that and kena scolded by her~ She said we were humiliating her. Such a disgrace! T_______T In return, we did not say anything, just kept in silence. And this whole day, everything stood still. . .

The next day : 21/11/09 Sat
Work with mom today..Not very good either..Dunno who stole RM10 away..
Im sure its not me..duhh.. But I know mom was very sure of her other nurse stealing it..T__T Anyway, it is another day of experience for me..being with many babies all at once..Looking at them staring at me..Haha.. XD Fun day! @.@
Went out at night (but i forgot where) =.=''' * lets skip this day*

The next day : 22/11/09 Sun
Sis had her ballet exam that Sunday. She was not as confident as I can say. But it turn out alright from the way she describes it. Lucky that her neck was still okay by then..Hmm..*tell u later about it* Nevertheless, church was okay~ and everything went well.. Wanted to go shopping today but didn't. Hmm, stayed at home on-line and watched tv AGAIN! I really wished that I can snap out of this virtual world..But nah..life would be much boring without it..^^

The next day : 23/11/09 Mon
Hmm. Monday. Again. I think I went out for breakfast with my dad and mom again but this time I didn drive cz it was raining. I m afraid of the rain. =.=''' Hmm, during breakfast, many discussions about my future and all. I dun like that. T.T It pressures and stresses me. Pressing me down. Why not live a simple life. With all basic needs and happy family. That's all I want. Nothing more. ^_^ That afternoon, did a lot of brain storming for my blog again~
Wanted it to be PERFECT. Night, face the boring food again..sien!! zzz

The next day : 24/11/09 Tue
Went to take brochures to check out the prices of cars in the market..
Decided on Myvi- white. *hehe*
I hope I can get it fast..Easier for me to get around ^^
After that, stayed at home the whole damn day~!

Did nothing this day..lazing around..nothing to write about this day..boredom kills me!

Went out to play badminton with dad later at night..along with my bro and sis..
At the new ambang botanic club near my house..Quite Impressive..
With sauna~

and steam bath~

and pool~

and olympic sized swimming pool~

and jacuzzi~

and candle light dinner^^

And gym

Plus lots more! Exclusive club ^^ *only people staying there got the privilege*

I JZ CANT WAIT TO SHIFT HOUSE NEX YEAR!

The next day : 26/11/09 Thurs
Went out for sports today again..It was drizzling so not for long..
Ate breakfast too and then came home around 12 something..
Ate lunch again..* see..good habit! =) *
After that mom complained my room was untidy and filthy..
So oh well, since I've nothing better to do~ I neatened my room and packed my wardrobe..
Its full of clothes! FULL!
Ate dinner at 7pm sharp, after that watched TV and on-line..
Slept at 10something~ ^^v

The next day : 27/11/09 Fri
About fridays..I checked my blog over and over again to make sure its ok..
Then photoshooting begun..^_^ 5 set of clothes took me hours..
Just to get the correct angle and lightning..
After 5 sets of clothes is done, then its time for dinner d.. night went out for shopping!
Yeah! Bought SKINNY JEANS! Great offer at RM 80! haha ^^so I bought it..
Thers so many colours so I tried them all..
No time for other clothes d T.T Went home satisfied ^_^

The next day : 28/11/09 Sat
Morning..did nothing..woke up at 11 something..hehe..
Then went out to church and night went out to eat..
That simple ^^ THE end..=) Before I sleep..I went to www.meetoto.com to sing and evaluate my singing..If anyone interested? Hmm, come challege ! hahahahahha=.=O
Hope one day whole G3 we book a karaoke room in meetoto game and sing our hearts out..virtually =p!

And Today!: 29/11/09 Sun
I've been writing this post for hours..Morning till now..As u can see, it finally come to an end..Im going Setia Alam this afternoon (not sure for what purpose) ~ Mom suggested a few minutes ago~ I guess Im not gonna be at home the whole day today~! Yeepee!

~Just came back with a new haircut! hehe~ kinda like it..maybe sooner or later gonna color and curl it again^^ Hope it will boost my confidence to a whole new level for a brighter year 2010!

Now im gonna share with you recipes for healthiest fruit juices^_^

Since the scariest thing is over now..Its time to relax and have FUN!!!!! YaY!!!!

Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system.

EATING FRUITS

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think It's important to know how and when to eat..

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! - FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. If you eat fruit on an empty stomach, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. * after all these years, i ate fruits after meals, even restaurants serve them as (deserts)*

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD - Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid.. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. *omg*

Maybe you have heard people complaining - every time I eat water-melon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes - all these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach. *sobs*

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans.. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste.
Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body.

Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look! * really? gonna try it out after finals*

So which is ur fav fruit? Mine is STRAWBERRIES of cz..

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoid which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRIES: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE: Sweetest medicine, eating 2 to 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! *Can you believe this??* (if its true im dead d)

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. * what to do..life is short *
